Whether you're a beginner or a current student looking to refine your practice, this retreat will provide you with the tools to:

Understand the how & why behind yoga poses and their benefits
Modify poses based on your body, energy levels, injuries, or ability
Use props to make poses either more accessible or more challenging
Integrate simple, daily yoga rituals for lasting impact

Friday – Arrival & Opening

5:00pm – Arrival & Welcome

6.30pm - Opening Ceremony
7:30pm – Dinner
9pm – Relaxation For Sleep

Saturday – Deepening the Practice

8:00am – Hatha Yoga (asana, pranayama & meditation)
10:00am – Breakfast
12:00pm – Sauna in Graiguenamanagh (Optional River Dip in the Nore)
2:00pm – Lunch
5:00pm – Restorative Yoga (with mantra, mudra & deep relaxation)
7:30pm – Dinner

Sunday – Integration & Closing

8:00am – Hatha Yoga (asana, pranayama & meditation)
10:00am – Breakfast
11:00am – Mindful Walking Meditation
1.30pm – Lunch (included before departure)
3:00pm – Closing Ceremony
4:30pm – Departure

The retreat will take place at Mulvarra House, Co. Carlow, a peaceful sanctuary overlooking the River Barrow. With nourishing meals, time to relax, and space to reconnect with your practice, this retreat offers the perfect setting for growth and renewal.
